The Honor 50 series becomes official in May, and more and more details are leaked as the launch is just around the corner. The Honor 50 Pro + is the leading model of the series, and has just completed rounds with detailed specifications in a Chinese benchmarking platform.
The Honor 50 Pro+ will be a beast for a phone with all sorts of top-of-the-line requirements. A 6.79″ AMOLED panel will display with a resolution of 1440p and a refreshing rate of 120 Hz. It supports HDR10+ as well.
The 66W super fast wired charge and 50W fast wireless charging is supported in the 4,450 mAh battery cell.
The main chipset consists of the Snapdragon 888 SoC flagship coupled with the ultimate performance LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 3.1 storage. The base configuration without reference to higher trimmings appears to be 8GB/128GB. The GPU is wrongly called the Mali-G78, but the Adreno 660 is about to be.
A 50MP main sensor, a 13MP, ultrawide unit, and an 8MP telephoto camera up to 2x magnification can be included on the back of the cameras. A 3D ToF Sensor for high-end depth data is also available. A dual cut-out punch-holes with 32MP+8MP sensors will be provided on the front camera.
