On a global scale, nine million employees from over 4,000 businesses have submitted their resignation letters. 
The entire staff is eager to take on new tasks and explore new possibilities. That isn’t to say that they are all looking for a route out. Many people are looking for a way out.

Volunteer for tasks that no one else wants to do but that is a wonderful match for your abilities. You might be looking for a job in technology, but if you’re good at selling, consider volunteering at a sales event.

It demonstrates drive, ambition, and dedication, all of which are highly desired attributes in today’s work market. It also connects you with people who have more experience than you and can help you break into the industry.
Furthermore, an MBA will give you access to a network, which is one of the most valuable assets for future job prospects.
5. Be a Team Player
It’s no longer about you; it’s about your ability to collaborate with others. You give potential supervisors something to speak about when you can highlight your flexibility, adaptability, and resiliency—and the topic will revolve around you.

If you don’t think your current position adequately reflects who you are as a professional, or if you think there’s an opening that would be better suited for someone with your experience and expertise, ask!
Your supervisor will be pleased to tell you if there are any openings and how your resume compares to the other contenders. You might also use Google to look for job openings on online job boards, your company’s community board, or online job boards.
I’m Afraid to Ask for a Promotion. What Should I Do?
If you’re frightened to ask for a raise, one thing you could do is to develop new ways to demonstrate your skills and abilities. You can start preparing your résumé, standing out as a strong candidate, and gathering information about the position even before you apply.
